We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from vayle.nl. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- A proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
- Please note that sale items or gift cards are generally not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
